autoregulation
This may be a old question. has anyone read inno-sports book? If so, the foundation of the program seems to be auto regulation that has been modified from the DeLorme system talked about in supertraining 6th. Can anyone expand on this. I am fuzzy on the science but it seems like the same type of program that Jay schroeder uses as well. thanks for any help

Hi, are you referring to the same Jay Schroeder who claims to have had athletes perform a bench press iso-hold in the bottom position for 30 minutes, with 350-400 pounds, while still completing the rep at the end? :)

In my humble opinion, I would not go on a wild goose chase in search of the magic that is Jay Schroder.

The best application of the inno sport system & autoregulation, in my opinion, is by the excellent coaches at WannaGetFast: www.wannagetfast.com

Sincerely,

Andrew Darqui (Tamarac FL, USA)
