Advice on how to add CAT to my son's training  
I have been lifting with my 13 year old son for the past two years focusing on the basic exercises (and form) - deadlift, bench press, squat, and standing press (following Wendler's 5-3-1 method to help build strength).

He is preparing for the upcoming hockey season and I would like to move to a Compensatory Acceleration Training based workout. Can someone provide any guidance as to what how I could incorporate CAT into his training as I'd like to start build explosive strength?
