I am practicing as a strength trainer, but i don't have much experience with kids bellow 15 years .
So i want to ask is there any risks for 12 and above years old kids to practice deadlifts or squats?
I mean risks for their intervertebral disks and vertebrae.
I don't have a video, but the form is good and the weight is 30 kilograms, done rather easy for 2 reps.
My student is 12 years age old and i think this is save for him and he has a good form in both movements.
I want a second opinion and explanation.
