|its' not that complicated. i'd recommend taekwondo kicks, as those involve a lot of explosiveness, and the flexibility required for martial arts.
Depth jumps are a great start... try doing them on one leg for more specificity,
side to side hops on one leg, just jump around on one leg
But then again, strengthening the muscle itself will make you more explosive so add some weights while you jump around. Rest until you are ready to go
