Hi.I am new to this forum and think it is great that people can actually communicate with a man who has dedicated so much of his life to fitness.Thank you.Is there a book or any source of information that has a complete list or illustration of the actual exercises that Prof. Yurkhoshansky,himself, designed.I am also curious to know where other exercises that require(explosive movements),such as burpees,came from.Also are those other exercises closely related to the research the proffesor has done.I understand that the latter is a tough question.Any information would be greatly appreciated.Thank you
