First I would like to thank you for your re-peaking guidance in a previous thread. Today I managed to get a total to qualify for the World Masters Olympic lifting at the end of September in Greece.
Do you have any suggestion on the structuring of and length of the blocks with 5 months to train? When I looked at the site www.sportsexpert.biz and entered my lifts my power clean is out of proportion to the other lifts and assistance lifts in the sense that it is so much better than the others.
Any advice or direction you can give would be much appreciated.
