I wsa re-reading some of your articles and wanted to get your thoughts on whether the following would be effective and worthwhile applications of your stimulation method. The goal is to increase the Olympic lifts.
For the Snatch -- First exercise Snatch pulls or snatch grip deadlift and shrug with 80- 85% 1RM for 3 reps Second exercise Snatches with 40% 1 RM for 8 reps ?
For the Clean -- First exercise Clean pulls or clean grip deadlifts and shrug with 80 - 85% 1 RM for 3 reps Second exercise Cleans with 40% 1RM for 8 reps
For the Jerk -- First exercise Presses for 4 reps 1RM Second exercise Jerks with 40% 1RM for 8 reps.
I was going by your article for the number of reps. The number of reps for the second exercise seems high.What do you think?
If you think these would be useful and effective complezes what block would they fit into and for how many weeks?
